After a long period without physical visits and trade shows, which in turn was followed by a period of busy digital activities in video calls and online trade shows, we are now hopefully in a development towards normality as the vaccinations are advancing.
Until that time comes, we are looking forward to ANGA COM DIGITAL, which we are very happy to attend. We would be happy to meet you there digitally on June 8 to 10. Our digital booth will have all the latest innovations ready for you. Of course we will also present all news around IPTV and optical transmission technology.
We will be happy to give you an overview of all the licensing options that are now available for our U-technology: BISS, SPTS, MPTS, Multistream, Blind Scan, Carrier Monitoring and much more.

From June 8 to 10, it's Digital Doors Open for ANGA COM DIGITAL. Over the three days, the conference program will feature top-class discussions and panels on the topics of fiber optic expansion FTTH, gigabit networks, DOCSIS 3.1, streaming and OTT, and many other topics. The conference program is diverse.
But the digital platform offers even more:
For example, there is a large digital showroom where exhibitors can present themselves online with new products, themed videos, etc. This is the closest thing to the physical ANGA COM, which otherwise takes place in the large exhibition halls in Cologne.
The pure online program is supplemented by services such as On demand library with keynotes and self-designed panels, Jump-in Discussions with discussion rooms with free choice of topics and a job exchange.
For networking, there are chats, 1:1 video meetings and video calls.

What are the ASTRO higlights for the ANGA COM DIGITAL?
- Licenses as a service: you are in need of SPTS, MPTS, Multistream, Blind Scan or Wideband Mode? You can easily upgrade the Hardware from the U-series with the software you need to get along with all tasks you have.
- OFN 80 Fiber Node Series: already last year ASTRO developed Fibre Nodes for Deutsche Telekom. Since then, the portfolio has expanded enormously. The latest addition is a series of OFN 80 models, which are convincing FTTB Docsis 3.1 nodes.
- Optical Network Tools: Everyone is talking about optical transmission paths. Many network operators are already using only fibre technology for the development of new building sites. This is reason enough for the trade and craft sector to get involved in this topic and to be able to offer this service to their own customers, who are increasingly asking for it. ASTRO offers starting tools like a FTTH Toolcase, a compact fusion splicer, reflectometer and more equipment to do all jobs properly.
- AFS-GS60 Compact Fusion Splicer: The new compact fusion splicer from ASTRO has six motors and three axes with core centering. This makes mobile splicing easy in all FTTH contexts. It can even splice fibres in FO backbones.
